These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the RakanQuran mobile application (“App”) developed by Nusantara Software (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The App
RakanQuran helps you read the Quran using the Madinah Mushaf layout, with optional tajweed highlights, bookmarks, and reading reminders. The App works on your device without requiring an account.
Optional premium unlock
Some mushaf themes are free; others can be unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase. Before checkout, you may be asked for your name and email address so we can pass them to our payment provider (for example DOKU or LeanX) to complete the transaction. We do not store your card or banking details in the App.
Purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google’s terms and refund policies where applicable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the App or its services
- Misrepresent your identity when making a payment
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” for personal Quran reading. We strive for accuracy in mushaf layout and tajweed highlighting, but we do not guarantee that the App is free of errors or suitable for every scholarly or religious purpose. You use the App at your own discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nusantara Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any optional purchase.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
